A friend of me used Grab w/o problems when he was there a few weeks ago.
Rental car would also be an alternative, I understand the prices offered at the airport...

Beyter book on hotel website. Same price but more perks. 30% on food & room upgrade if available.

Firefly PEN-LGK-PEN appr RM 330:- pp with Firefly in August.
They have some good hotel deals in Langkawi, like The Danna @ 488:- incl BF. Check o their website.
