But I think it would be slightly unfair to the OP not to mention Cherbourg could be described as disadvantaged.

Yes there are some pretty areas up there too, the tourist website is great...

With all respect and I am trying to be delicate and PC here, people are going :eek: and :ohmy: etc as the area has a very bad reputation for social problems, and a highly disadvantaged population:(....
