I guess if they have served 4 years in some remote disadvantaged community they feel entitled to first pick of the coast jobs. I guess to understand it, you have to realise for eg. to get a teaching...

Have you looked on the queensland ambulance website, loads of info there, where the current vacancies are, info on remote areas, such as what happens if your not near schools etc, pay scales....
