Burgen, the one with whole pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds. Easy to spot the loaves are about half the size of say a wonderwhite type loaf.

Glad you found my wages info helpful, that was the contractor rate, no hols or sick pay etc on those rates and its not continual work, you constantly need to re- quote to keep yourself in work. ...
