How am I, as a 23 year old, supposed to achieve any above the above?

Especially when I'm not allowed in the country for more than 6 months at a time!?

Apart for 3 months where I returned to the UK, yes we have.

Although the other 10 months have been with me visiting on a tourist visa.

Would I still be eligible?

I have been with my Canadian girlfriend for over a year now.

Would the common law / spousal sponsorship be a viable option for us?
