Global view will not help BB as she is not an HSBC customer in Malaysia. Whilst I agree that the people in the Downing Street branch are very helpful, I'm not sure the banks over here want customers...

Depending on what kind of account you are feeding the money through Q1 & Q2 can be important. By law all bank interest is paid after deduction of 20% tax. If you are not a UK tax payer you can get...

A word of warning here, on some phone systems the connection is only broken when the caller puts the phone down. So the scammer will stay on the line while you get the number and think you are...
