I think all things considered, losing it over their incompetence was justified. At least you got the right result. I'd do that more often if I were you. ;)

Do you have kitchen suppliers who offer a free design service? Worth using if you do and you can't summon up the interest to do it yourself. I guess as long as you have the triangle with the sink is...

Had my kitchen redone nearly two years ago. The best thing I ever decided on was Granite with an under mount sink. Fan bloody tastic. :lol:

Ok so I'm guessing neither you nor C know the answer but this loan - would that be one that the homeowner needs to pay back or one that FEMA would then chase the Insurance Co for? - possibly a stupid...

Always the way, the world over sadly. Delaying handing out the money is just a way of showing whose in charge and that they don't give a toss that your lives have been turned upside down. Sucks....

Is that flooring salvageable? Pleased that you're getting stuff done, even if it is and will be a slow process. Has the smell gone?

Must be so frustrating for M, not used to having to rely on others for stuff that used to be automatic. I imagine you're just used to the smell, but whatever works!!
