There's some processing fees. Mine were about 43 quid in total and I paid for two way courier etc. Really simple process. Just DX (the courier) are crap, so make sure you chase them if you don't hear...

Thank you so much for everything! Will be landing in December :) was gonna make a trip to activate in April but I've been granted conditional PR so I need to wait until later this year :)

- Your COPR is valid for a year from your medical...

OH and quick update - ECAS changed to Decision Made and passport has been requested. heading to london on Thursday to VAC :) :)

Update - email today (26/2/16) that my visa is ready for issuance and I need to send away my passport! :)

Next steps seem a little confusing with the Eta introduction it kinda bounces...

Sponsorship approval and next stage of PR application began 21st Sept 2015, medicals confirmed received too.

Awaiting SCQ - applying to move to Montreal.

Will follow this to CIC when we ...

Hey thank you!! We married in Feb 2015 :) i had a look and can't access ECAS until they physically open and start to process it so it's a waiting game! :)
