I would agree with that, well the first bolded bit anyhow but only for those that can afford which will be the minority. The rest will still depend on 'conventional' therapy

Yep, they certainly do that although for the "proper" branded stuff, they wouldn't do it for Ventolin versus Salbutamol. I can't work out what they really gain by paying the difference which is...

Yes, so everyone is at it- Pearson, Schiller , Shkreli are just the tip of the iceberg- gouging patients with any medical condition be it HIV, rare metabolic conditions or indeed any other condition...

Every prescription that I issue has a tick box checked off that allows the pharmacist to switch to a generic at their discretion. Obviously some drugs are purely available on brand-typically it is...

That is certainly a typical price for the branded longer acting inhalers. Obviously with extended benefits that is cut down by 80-100% but a substantial of proportion of people do not have this...

Although I really don't think it will catch on mainly on the grounds that their coffee is absolutely disgusting and people on the whole have a reasonably discriminating palate...
