Yes, until they bring in Crown indemnity, they will not get enough docs doing OOH work, financially it makes no sense. Thorough charting/ documentation is key

Stinky actually, Snoop does, I do document at the time- for more complex patients, longer apps I prefer making brief notes and then filling in the chart later. I use Dragon Medical voice recognition...
