If you are over 60 and not working the pension in OZ is tax free. If you are working you can access from 65 tax free regaurdless if you are working or not. You can possibly access funds from age 55...

Just a side note - the public funds are being hit with large demands for transfers - whilst 3 months is the minimum time frame you should start as soon as possible and allow for 6 months thus Oct...
