Covid is probably here to stay so in reality the world has to cope with it like it does with Influenza and Pneumonia.

All medical facilities in Marikina require mask wearing. Within NCR I can understand the wearing of masks to reduce the effects of pollution from road vehicles and in particular jeepneys

Yes she also had mild symptoms. She is very strict about wearing her facemask but obviously to no avail. So hand washing seems to be the key to prevention.

Compulsory in government buildings apparently. In general probably about 5% wore masks.
It seems that Philippines is dragging the whole issue for what purpose ? Out of the city almost zero mask...
