If you had waited until Sept 12 to apply for your license it would have been valid until 10th Sept 2023. They use your birthday as a cut off point for licenses here

How long is your new license valid for, they are supposed to have gone from 3 to 5 years. Not sure when this is/was supposed to come into effect.

You don't even need to send them a photo as they can use the one you provided to the passport office. Just remember to get it wrapped properly when it is posted here, it is credit card shaped and...

I got my Ph license 9 months through a 1 year balikbayan entry stamp, not that it made any difference as they did not even ask to see my passport.

Usual best way through the system with little or no paperwork is by knowing someone who knows someone. Especially in the provinces

My experience was that I turned up to the LTO with my UK license, Passport, birth cert and baptism cert ( last 3 not asked for, but if I had left them at home someone would have, never had ACR card...
