re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

Lucky you!

We had an extra piece of paper with the COPR that said we were given conditional as well, and included an explanation of it (nothing about how long you can be away on trips though). It...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

We got our COPR in the mail yesterday! It would have probably arrived last Friday if it weren't for the long weekend, making it about a week to deliver (we're in Toronto). We got conditional as well,...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

By the way, we sent a case specific email last Monday to see if they got the Hong Kong police check as it was over the timeframe given to process it. They replied on Wednesday, saying that they...

It says "A decision has been made on your application....

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

Oh, I didn't know that they don't require it and just check themselves! That's a relief actually. My husband's been in Canada over 6 months now and I was beginning to worry they could ask for that...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

Hi Kyoto23, I know christmasoompa answered your questions already, but I just wanted to give my thoughts on the police certificate, as that became a delay for us.

My Brit husband spent a bit of...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

I should also add that I sent a case specific enquiry to London a couple of weeks ago, asking if they needed anything else as I didn't see any change on ECAS since sponsor approval and medical...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

Just checked ECAS and we're in process as of Feb 12th!

We're just about to fedex fingerprints and forms off to Hong Kong for the police check London requested, but I'm guessing it might be the...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

Thanks for updating the spreadsheet! We're going to get fingerprints done tomorrow, but the forms are asking for some things we don't have (like an HK ID card), and asking how many years he spent...
