Three dogs - ouch - I would contact a shipper asap eg Golden Arrow. Otherwise good luck with eveything.

Go for a drive round the M25 in rush hour so you are ready for Auckland traffic, take a Southern train trip (so you don't miss railways) and try to get a friendly answer from BT/Brit Gas/HMCE/Brit...
