Just looking at your pictures of your kitchen splashback and wondered why they are 3 and a quarter high behind the hob. Is there a range hood being fitted later ?

These look like they might be your soak aways. The sewage pipes are under your slab already and probably already connected upto the mains sewage, I may be wrong but I was watching the progress on...

From Somerly to Clarkson train station 3-5 min walk, 35 mins to the city by train. By car 40 min to an hr depending on traffic.

We have the ducted vacuum system and have no problem with the suction just have to change the big bag in the garage every couple of months..
