Yes, that's exactly what I meant. I keep forgetting that there's a BC outside of the lower mainland and Vancouver Island area. But yes, Victoria definitely gets more rain than inland areas.

It rains a lot on Vancouver Island especially during the winter. However, Victoria gets significantly less rain than the rest of BC due to a mountain rain shadow effect. The summers and winters there...
