Highly unlikely. If you are in the Philippines then he would have to file a case here. Under Filipino law, the mother has automatic rights to custody if the child is under 7yrs old UNLESS she can be...

My thoughts.
1. you were not "formerly married", you still are married.
2. Is your BF named as the father on your sons birth certificate? If so that's one hurdle less.
3. UK Immigration law...

If you sent it by regular post it probably hasn't got there yet! Regretfully in cases like this the only certain way is via courier. Let's hope they don't send it back via regular post otherwise it...

They do seem to check each form one at a time! when one comes back as OK they move onto the next one. The problem is the Philippines is known for multiple forged documents and so it does take time,...

As Brit in Paris says, the Philippines is one of the "dodgy" countries, (along with others such as Pakistan, Thailand and India), due to the ease of obtaining forged documents plus the no divorce...
