Thanks for that. My neighbour is usually in most mornings when the post comes. She signs for all my stuff. I'm sure she'll take it in for me - if she is allowed.

So, I contacted London about their so called, First In, First Out scenario and it is not FIFO in receipt of application, it is FIFO on screening of the application! Once allocated to a case worker...
