Unfortunately, the length of time you have been working as an NP means nothing to them here. It is all about having the qualification on a bit of paper that matches theirs exactly on the transcript,...

Also, just as a footnote. The NP course here seems to be general course to start with, then in order to specialize in a field, you have to find someone to effectively 'train' you for at least 300...
