The regulatory framework in place for the money transfer companies unlike banks is not particularly good in most countries including UK, so whilst it is safer in a way not to carry cash it is safer...

By declare, this is so the aithorities can prove you arent money laundering or carrying the proceeds of crime, and most customs, if they suspect this, will confiscate it. You should attempt to carry...
