I don't think you can get pregnant at around 60, without some artificial "help", and she likely found looking after the child was too much for her. Poor kid, never had a chance.

Not sure if "red-neck" is the right expression for this guy, but he comes from the Philippines, if they train them to "red-neck" standards there, then that might be the right expression.

He did use a couple of saw horses for the scaffold(ing). He put in an a/c unit in the master bedroom window, but removed the center pane of glass and built? a sort of wall there to hold the a/c...

This could be a WTF or a "what pissed you off". Our next door neighbor seems to be a bodge job fanatic. He has electric leads coming out from the house, we think, going over a slatted wooden patio...

A real WTF moment a few minutes ago. A 3.8 quake a few miles away from us. A very quick, hard shake of the bed. No, it wasn't DH turning over or the dogs jumping on the bed. Scary.:ohmy:

Shared school loo's shouldn't be a problem at that young age, as long as the boys remember to put the seats down after they have finished, and everyone washes their hands.

A brush fire on Cajon Pass on the I15, the route up to Las Vegas. There's some cars got caught up in it, as well as a car transporter. Hope the fire fighters manage to put it out soon. Scary for...
