Damn right! Cost nothing in 1993....even the 'letter of consent' that allowed my initial entry as a spouse didn't have a fee then.

Ah - I just found that in Canada you pay a fee that covers sending your docs to the UK and getting the docs back to you.

Learned something - the comments about UPS/DHL that michali and I made...

It needs to be DHL or UPS; SA envelope won't work, and michali is correct - UKVI stopped allowing FedEx a few months back.

You will need to set up an on-line account with the courier service.
