I've been happily working on my E3 for 3 months now, my partner has been making the most of her time catching up with friends and family across the country on her 5 year B2 Co-Habitating Visa....

Update; My LCA was finally completed, from the 23rd October till 8th November. I believe the system crashed again at the start of this week as well.

Will do. It's a massive game of cat and mouse, you want to book the meeting as soon as possible but with it's 9 day waiting period and my LCA up the air it's all a little messy.

I spoke with the lawyer dealing with my application and he said other LCA submissions he put in just before the shutdown are only now clearing and that mind would be another 3-5 working days -...

Has anyone else had their LCA delayed by the shutdown? I'm hearing that the 7 business day quote is now realistically more like 15+?

Also with the LCA, do you need to take the original document...
