You are right regarding the marriage certificate. We sent it off pretty much straight away and I also sent them a case specific email about 2 weeks ago asking if they had received it...

How comes you have been waiting for 2 years for your COPR? Thats an insanely long time to wait without any income. I am thinking to come there and wait it out too but I can't afford not to work for...
