There is nothing i can do. I am in the same boat as 1000's of others in this state. So long as we have our EAD's and AP's the view of the INS is tough...just wait.

I was here on an H1B, got married and filed the AOS, AP, EAD. I filed in january 2003. I found out why the wait in south carolina is so long...they only have ONE person doing all the different kinds...

I have been waiting for 15 months for the INS in South Carolina to process my papers. I have been told to expect to wait AT LEAST another THREE, YES THREE years.
