Credit Karma, which uses the VantageScore 3.0 (which is a credit scoring model devised by all three credit bureau) uses the same five elements plus credit card use.

Somewhere around $16,000 should get you a Honda Fit, Ford Focus, Toyota Corolla especially now that you can get good deals on "old" 2017 models.
