No You can't. It is mandatory to send all the documents along with your application.

And in doubt, best thing is to call your concern NZ immigration office.

Yes Lodgement date is 29th April 2013, Medical received date is 28 June 2013. Interview date was 28 June. But status is Application Received :fingerscrossed:

My medical was in received state (Date 28th June) and then after few minutes got a call from mumbai office and done with...
