yeah apparently this rule about email not valid unless they agreed to it is very new.

I hate being a landlord.

Tenant was 16 days late paying their first month’s rent last month (June). Warning email sent after the rent was received that if happens next month - end of tenancy...

So I’ve just found out that many city by-laws including Surrey, BC ban washing lines/clothes lines - anyone know why?

Just so strange to me growing up with a rotary washing line in the back...

Not been keeping on track with the news about vaccines so no. When I sent the passport via FedEx, it went via Nashville but moved within the day on to the UK. DHL seemed to sit on it for almost 2...

Just renewed my UK passport online - paid £105 so I’m off to FedEx the old passport and a full colour copy of my entire Canadian passport tomorrow - still don’t know why they want that and not just...

I started re-watching episodes of Teenage Mutant Hero/Ninja (depending on which country you are from) Turtles - the original cartoons from 1987...

Ive started a new job in Kits and I hate it over there. I feel so far from everything.

It might feel more pleasant to you but I’d take downtown or East Van over it. Feels so sterile over there.
