If, when you sell. you are over 65, tax resident and lived in the property as your main residence 3 years there is no Cgt, as long as present your tax certificate at thevNotary on completion

How do you get past the fact that having been in Spain, for 183 days+, you are cosidered tax resident for that year Jan - Dec?

Why do you have to do a return if you go back to the UK, but not if you stay in Spain
Why do you have to do a 720 when you are now living in the UK
What if you show the Notary your tax certificate...
