We were 'In Process' for two months and it did seem that it would never end.

An update!

Today we gladly received our COPR in the post, which we didn't sign for by the way!

Our ECAS is still showing as 'In Process' but we have our certificate which is all that matters!

Could be an issue with the site as I have been unable to check my status on ECAS over the weekend and have been receiving a variety of error messages too.

Probably a very elementary question but why are some people requested to send their passports in and others receive their COPR in the post?

And what does PPR stand for?

Haven't received any updates or anything but I have just randomly checked ECAS and we are showing as 'In Process' from December 30th!

And Ginger went in process December 2...

And Sweetman1987 went in process November 1 and received his CORP on November 14.

Crazy quickly for him but he doesn't know when the decision was made....

At times on here, some of the more knowledgeable posters, have stated that CIC 'are currently working on applications received in xxxx month', etc.

Is this info just gleaned...
