It's a non-immigrant visa as it, in itself, doesn't lead to a greencard. However, it's treated as an immigrant visa as you obviously have immigrant intent and there is a pathway to a greencard...

Really not needed. I haven't read of any interview experiences on here where any additional proof was asked for. Take some photos if you wish but all the other stuff (receipts etc) is unnecessary.

The I-134 is required and must have an original signature. Tax returns on their own will not be sufficient.
