Not half bad! They're a bit more peppery than British sausage meat but they'll do very nicely!

Sounds good! I'm going to attempt to make some sausage rolls tomorrow with some weird American sausage meat I found... wish me luck!

Not Austin but I'm in DFW and they have loads of Thorntons in CVS here. Also they have a few British bits in our local Kroger (Marmite, hobnobs etc).
