Global warming I'm afraid. It's the destabilisation of the polar vortex. It'll be a while before it all gets mixed up and a new warmer northern climate stabilises.

I doubt it belongs to the UK after Gordon Brown sold.. sorry gave away.. 401 tonnes (56%) of the UK's gold reserves in 1999.
Price when sold was US$282.40/oz, price now is US$1568/oz or an increase...
