Location and rent cost. For someone working in the Gold Coast, and renting, there isn't much around suitable for a specific situation.

But the internet there is seeming to be a big problem.

Not really when you get 12Mb on ADSL already, and that's on Dodo !
Actually that's the same on Dodo NBN in Upper Coomera.

So actually there isn't much point in NBN at all... if the majority...

And if they are paying for it of course, but most people are choosing the 12Mb or 25Mb service. Not being prepared to pay the extra for the faster speed.

That does not sound good.

NBN and Phone lines are an interesting issue, and maybe a little scary based on some things I have read.

Did you find anything suitable. Looking at a move to Varsity Lakes, and have just been told that Telstra don't have anything, and NBN may be available by October or December.
