I think the round doesn't matter, it's when you submit my cic that does. You could be a first rouder who hasnt yet submitted my cic because of police checks etc..But you're right :thumbdown: to that

Applied on the 1st March so only 19 days. I reckon the delay, compared to the processing of times of other applicants has almost certainly been caused by the over quoted third round of IEC. Although...
