Not confusing them at all but rather comparing them............. They should logically tie in with each other but they don't.

Some but (AFAIK) not all the rules changed in the last budget & this seems to have created a real stuff up of a situation.

The rules now are that a foreign registered vehicle can be driven in PT...

It all depends on the luck of the draw.............. Some vehicles get refused for that reason & some don't.

Portuguese Variable Bureaucracy syndrome at it's finest! :(
