Yeah I'm in the same boat, it seems the order of approval is pretty random so best bet is to just wait.....and hope :fingerscrossed:

I think it's only a bank charge if transferring the money internationally - I just went into my natwest branch and paid the £100 there and got a receipt to scan and upload.
