Re: Does anyone live in the Jaen / Martos area?

You can certainly find these properties, but even for the Alcaudete area it will be hard to find something that cheap that doesn't need any work done. You can only really tell after a proper...

Re: Does anyone live in the Jaen / Martos area?

I'm well aware of the situation and most of the topics have come up before. As previously said, anyone wanting to buy in Spain should do their research first and rent/visit first. The poster has...

Re: Does anyone live in the Jaen / Martos area?

Well if you are fortunate enough to move to Spain and are considering buying in a place you've never been before, I assume you are fortunate. Even if you aren't fortunate enough, you'd still have...

Re: Does anyone live in the Jaen / Martos area?

Even if they are familiar with area, it might not be for you. Anyone here would really suggest to rent first before buying. Even if the properties seem cheap, they are cheap for a reason and how easy...

Re: Does anyone live in the Jaen / Martos area?

I don't know how much you are paying for house, but have you looked at the main real estate pages to compare? Sure we all have different reasons for buying, but why that area?
