From the wording ........ Ontario is where you actually received the 1st vaccination. Malta only recorded it for you weeks/months afterwards when you got the 2nd dose.

That's how it is done, so you have to decide what time xxx ET is in your area.

I have dealings with companies that say open from xxx to xxx ET ........... so I have to be sure that I contact them...

That's because even fully vaccinated people, can a) catch covid though it probably will be a mild dose, and b) a fully vaccinated person can be asymptomatic and still pass on the covid to other...

This is very much my view ... although I did vote for Trudeau, largely because there was no way I could look at the Tories in view of what they did to science in this country, and the NDP didn't...

The workers in BC were not given any exemption. I don't know what happened in Ontario.

They had to do the full 14 day quarantine.

The system for farm workers worked fine here.

Granted, some of them contracted covid after leaving quarantine, but very little seemed to get out into the general population.

BC really depends...

Although I don't want anyone to isolate for ever, it isn't fun or pleasant

The farm workers have been coming into Canada since last April.

In BC, they have had to go into quarantine for 14 days before being taken to the farms where they work, and the farmers had to show...

The only land border to the maritime provinces is into New Brunswick, so you would have to quarantine there before moving on to NS or Nfld.
