Bursaries are different from student loans ............ a bursary is a monetary award based on financial need, and does not need to be repaid. They are at the university's giving, you apply for them....

I very much doubt it!!!

You have to be RESIDENT in BC to obtain a student loan.

People possibly do try to skirt the system by various illegal means ............ which hurts other people who may...
