Have you filed for Amendment? Or simply got new LCA?
There are rule changes for H1, they will need to file an amendment with USCIS for...

No, I did not. I had my visa successfully stamped from OTTAWA during OCT 2014

How did it go? Anything specific they are asking for? Like paystubs etc..

I have heard from people that they did not had any issue doing this, but filling out new DS 160 is always a good thing. Or you can call consulate to check if they accept.

I am again in a same boat, Found a new employer with better career perspectives. So will need to attend to another visa interview. This time I thought I will do this in Canada.

I am not sure about this. But to the best of my knowledge, if your New E3 is rejected you wont be able to use the OLD E3 to enter USA.

Perfect! that's very clear and its good to know that I can process my application through multiple employers and then select the one who I think is good for me at the last moment :-)

So if employer one apply for LCA and it gets approved in a week then if second employer apply for new LCA later will it cause any issues or nullify the first one? Or have issues with approval for...

When did you apply yours? n can you tell what is the usual wait time before LCA is approved, i heard its about 6 weeks - 3 months now.
