Yes, I have my vile cheeses mixed up. Cheez Wizz was what I was thinking of, which is certainly not real cheese, hence the 'Cheez' spelling.

Had someone try to tell me that cheddar cheese was an American invention. I almost whisked them off to Somerset to apologise, but squeezy cheese I would wager, is indeed an American abomination.

I had an argument with my wife, who couldn't believe I was planning on leaving 10%. I mean, the waitress got our orders wrong and then charged us incorrectly, I though 10% was generous.

Still, at least it's a dry heat. At least that what Arizonan residents tell us down here when on vacation. Not sure it makes much of a difference, it's damn hot.
