Your cousin can send a letter of complaint to Southport from Bangladesh, or if you have permission to act on his behalf, you can do it from the UK.

I guess it can't hurt for you to send a written complaint to the address provided, as HMPO have advised that you can do that. Even if it's unlikely to help speed up the application, it'll probably...

I feel for you all and I still don't understand how the British government didn't realise the problems closing offshore centres would create. Doesn't take a blind man :(
