Yes they know this and if they have any concerns they'll ask you to get UK entry/exit records.

Yes they know exactly what is required from them for IRCC and are well known. Knowing they are a not for profit settlement agency is good.

Yes I've seen this before in relation to US and Canadian entries and my guess is it could be down to the time zone (as you know PST is behind most of the other N American time zones).

Get a quote from Mosaic they are in Vancouver and are a not for profit agency. They do it for people's IRCC applications all the time and know what will be accepted. You can get a quote online.

Sometimes fingerprints are requested. My daughter had to do them and she had just become 18. No one else was requested (my husband or other daughter who was younger). I didn't get a request either on...

Keep going as you have been doing. I over prepared which I suspect is what you are doing but I enjoyed it.

By contrast, I had my test on 26 Jan. Got Decision Made on 27 Jan. And no news on the Oath. I think the Vancouver Office is a bit slower!

Yes, but you haven't spent the last 3 weeks reading Discover Canada! All the obscure answers are in there.

Try a British citizenship test ... I tried one of those the other day and got 66% so...

Yes I know. I bet it has. The very first time I flew to Canada with my kids, I was sitting the departure lounge chatting with them about Canada. I realized I did not know what the capital of Canada...

Ha I tried the British Citizenship test (for which I am obviously not studying) and got 66% so would have failed!. I do better on the Canadian one right now!

Holmes I think it depends on the particular citizenship office as how quick it goes plus if your application has everything they need to assess whether you meet the requirements.
