Admittedly it was a bit hit or miss at times. There was perhaps too much emphasis on the brother's life, for example. I watched a short interview with Wainwright beforehand, and I think that helped...

Wasn't really thinking so much of her relationship with Lord M (as she calls him here), since so much of historical romance is amplified for viewing audiences, but rather the political infighting...

Victoria - ITV player. Surprised me in two ways: a) the Jenna Coleman lass can act beyond Dr. Who; b) all the things I found out about Victoria I didn't know before.

Thanks, but none of that has worked. Last 6 months we coasted on changing the proxy server (that's what our VPN guys told us to do) but that doesn't work anymore either (for BBC that is - ITV and...

Have signed up for a free 30 day trial of the British TV service Acorn TV just so we could see season 2 of Detectorists. Will see what else they have on offer that I may have missed.
