Fairly central though, so it's "affordable for being central". If it were in Delta, for example, "affordable" rent would be lower.

No need to go to that trouble, locals can choose to sell to 'young 'uns' at reasonable prices to begin with. After all, it's these same 'young 'uns' parents that are the beneficiaries of the London...
