There's a nice brown sauce in Jack Daniels type bottle. I think it's even called Jack Daniels BBQ sauce. Gives bacon rolls a nice zing.

Latest thing I noticed here is they're doing sausages mixed with various beans/pulses and marketing them as high protein/healthy. Premium priced of course.

That sounds good. How did you prepare the leeks? I always see nice big leeks in the supermarket and want to get some, but my only recipe is for leek soup, and I'm not a big souper. Real bacon not...
