yea, its after you've applied in stage 2. Once you have applied you get a confirmation receipt letter, informing you that they have your application, and what your application/CIC file number is. : )

thanx- I hate that they are trying to confuse me.... I wondered if maybe we're meant to do something in order to receive the welcome letter : )

its the application number on top left hand corner of your CIC confirmation of application letter....looks like "Application no.: W987654321" : )

JUST need to sort this damn effing photo - the original is too small I measured it exactly to requirements (holding it up against the window in daylight with the guidelines layered over the top of...

YES CV is required : )) did you do the 'come to canada' Wizard? it gives you a list of supporting documents, and then on MyCIC, the buttons to upload all documents individually

Hey Clare88, so have you completed Stage 2 now? and all you need now is your LOI?

Is there just one 'typing in' of the signature for the whole lot? or several parts to type the signature...

Your fine doing stage 2 in Canada. All you have to do is print off your LOI, take it with you to border crossing and show the officer your LOI at port of entry.
