At least you haven't got kids being torn apart from their parents with this British government making a right mess of things.

If we rent it for approximately 430 pounds a month do I need to have been renting it for this 6 month period or can we rent it just before we apply for the visa?

We have about 50k in savings now.

Does anyone know if owning property can be accounted for this 62,600 pounds?

We have an apartment worth about 82,000 pounds.
